Are you an aspiring Rock Jock?! This program allows our very youngest climbers a chance to practice the basics of rock climbing in a fun and introductory program. Three days a week will be spent getting pumped with our climbing specialist who will teach us the ins and outs of this life-long sport. We will challenge ourselves with low element bouldering problems, hit the gym for endurance sessions and crunch the real rock at numerous crags located in our own backyard. Rock Jocks will visit many different locations and environments that will allow them to scale to new heights as they progress and improve their skills as climbers. All athletes need rest days and ours will consist of yoga stretch sessions, soaks in hot springs, exploratory hikes, paddling inflatable kayaks and fun mountain games.
