Stretch, bend, flow, move and laugh your way through the San Juans with our Academy yoga specialist Kelsey Trottier! 
SUP YO-gi is just how it sounds… Yoga and flow movement in the water on SUPs (Stand-Up Paddle Boards)! This mind, body and soul experience will enlighten eccentric adventurers to the wonderful ways of yogi-life through a variety of fun and engaging activities. There will be daily yoga workshops, dance lessons, river surfing, and yoga sessions on land and water. SUP YO-gis will improve paddling techniques, develop core strength, movement and balance. At the end of our first week, we will celebrate with an adventure on one of our favorite waterways! During our second week, we’ll leave our SUPs behind to participate in a double-overnight yoga retreat at High Camp Hut! Accessed by a short trek into the backcountry, students will live in a massive mountain lodge that is fully equipped with a kitchen, lounging areas, wood burning stove and hot tub, and cozy sleeping quarters! This retreat will give us opportunity to focus in on all of our newly learned techniques, and truly embrace the calming nature of the backcountry. Come celebrate the beauty of the human spirit and mindful living on this adventurous yet relaxing SUP Yogi 2.0 Program!

*Students are required to supply themselves with a backpack for their backpacking double overnight during week 2.  Packs can be rented or purchased using the link on the right.

*River trips are dependent on water levels, weather and ability
