Slacklining- an “up and coming” sport that relies on physical strength, mental toughness, focus, patience and is the true definition of “moving meditation.” Test your abilities with this one-week slacklining intensive! We’ll test our mental and physical strength on and off the line. On the first day we’ll head to the Telluride Cross Fit Gym for an intro to balance, agility and focus. From there, we will take our skills to the field while we become true slackline pros! We’ll develop skills and techniques from talented Academy instructors and local specialists. When we aren’t working on our balance, we’ll be participating in other fun, local activities, such as SUPing, rock climbing, hiking and adventuring through pristine alpine meadows. During our overnight, we’ll set up lines around our campsite, play Super Slacker games beneath a beautiful sunset, eat gourmet camp cuisine and tell stories by the campfire. You’ll leave this program with a newfound love for the sport that’s taking the world by storm!
