2021 Program Highlights!

Program Highlights With Sophie Fabrizio

October, 2021

Wow, what an incredible season! Thank you to all the staff, students and families that made this summer one to remember. After a year and a half of virtual schooling, social restrictions and physical distancing, it was refreshing to return to a sense of normalcy.  We are so grateful to all of you for putting your trust in us to run a safe, healthy, happy program. Now that our team has had some time to process the summer, we can't help but reminisce on all the wonderful programs we were able to offer our students. Here were some of my personal favorites:

Turning 40 is milestone, a landmark, a mixed bag of emotions. For some it is a reason to celebrate, publicly and brightly. For others it is a moment in time to be accidentally overlooked or avoided…denial first, details second!

On May 1st of this year there will be a "changing of the guard" here at Telluride Academy. I will be leaving the Organization and Luke Brown, our Program Director, will be stepping in to my role as Executive Director. It is very difficult for me to say goodbye. The Academy’s Administrative Staff are some of the greatest people and the finest professionals I have ever had the pleasure to work with; they are like family to me and all of you and your children an extension of that family. I will miss you all very much.

The 36th summer of Telluride Academy programming has come to a safe and successful conclusion. This season was one of momentum and milestones for both our organization as a whole as well as for our students individually.
