Wranglers will head to Circle K Ranch for a five-day horseback riding program that offers the same important skill-building as before, but with an emphasis on TRU (Trust, Respect, Understanding) horsemanship practice. We’ll work on growing a relationship with our horses both on the ground and in the saddle. We’ll practice building partnerships, navigating obstacle courses and safely managing trail-based terrain. When we aren’t riding, the ranch offers plenty of hiking trails, a low ropes course, rustic bunk houses and the Dolores River for cooling off after a dusty day on the trail. On Friday we'll have a final celebration before saying goodbye to our equestrian friends. Don’t miss this opportunity to grow your understanding of what it means to be a true wrangler!
